Thank you for using Backlinks Pros. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds once a campaign has been started or delivered. This is because our service involves automated link-building campaigns that consume resources immediately upon order confirmation.

30-Day Free Replacement Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we do offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If links or engagement signals drop within 30 days of your campaign report delivery date, we will re-run your campaign once at no extra charge. To claim a replacement:

Email hello@backlinkspros.com within 30 days of receiving your report
Include your UPI reference number and original order details
Describe which links have dropped (include the URLs from your report)

We will review and start the replacement campaign within 48 hours of your request.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

We received your payment but never started or delivered your campaign
We delivered to the wrong URL due to our error
Technical failure on our end prevented campaign execution

To request a refund under these exceptions, email hello@backlinkspros.com with your UPI reference number and a description of the issue.

No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific keyword ranking improvements. Search results are determined by search engines (Google, Bing) based on many factors outside our control. Refunds will not be issued because of ranking outcomes.
